Mucocele is a common pathological lesion in the oral cavity occurring due to obstruction of salivary gland. The diagnosis mainly clinical its pathognomonic presentation, but it has be confirmed with histopathological analysis for definitive diagnosis. A 12-year-old boy went Paediatric dental specialist clinic chief complaint swelling on left side lower lip about seven months. aetiological factor was trauma secondary malalignment an upper canine. histologically. treatment involved surgical resection affected tissue, and no recurrence observed after procedure. soft tissue can successfully resolved via conventional approach.
